Most Improved Engagement Rewards

The purpose of this category is to inspire and support newly engaged doctors by acknowledging and celebrating their remarkable progress, as well as rewarding them for their achievement.

Every month, we will display a leaderboard highlighting the doctors who have shown the most significant improvement. Twice a year, the top 10 doctors who have demonstrated remarkable improvement will be rewarded with 25,000 Discovery Miles each.

Outstanding Performance Rewards

These exclusive rewards are specifically tailored for the most exceptional VARD performers, The ones who stand out from the rest. These doctors are encouraged to compete among themselves for recognition.

Wellness Commitment Rewards

These rewards are intended to acknowledge dedicated doctors who consistently achieve their Vitality Active Rewards (VAR) exercise goals.

Once a year, we will recognize the doctors who have accomplished 50 or more consecutive VAR exercise goals on the VARD leaderboard page. These doctors will receive a VARD certificate commending their number of achieved goals, categorized as follows:

  • 50 to 99 consecutive VAR exercise goals
  • 100 to 199 consecutive VAR exercise goals
  • 200 to 299 consecutive VAR exercise goals
  • 300+ consecutive VAR exercise goals

In line with the esteemed Vitality Centurion Awards, all VARD members who are also Vitality members and achieve 100 or more consecutive goal streaks will receive an esteemed Centurion Shirt. Furthermore, the top 25 doctors in each of the following categories will be rewarded with exclusive VARD Centurion gym tights:

  • 100 to 199 consecutive VAR exercise goals
  • 200 to 299 consecutive VAR exercise goals
  • 300+ consecutive VAR exercise goals

Additionally, doctors with 50 or more consecutive goals will be entered into an annual draw, with the winner receiving 1000 Discovery Miles for each consecutive VAR exercise goal achieved.
