About Beyond the River

Inspired by true events, the film is based on the story of Piers Cruikshanks of Dabulamanzi Canoe Club and Siseko Ntondini of the Soweto Canoe and Recreation Club who, against all odds, competed for a gold medal in the 2014 Dusi Canoe Marathon. Watch the trailer here.
