We're rewarding our members for taking their health into their own hands and getting vaccinated against COVID-19.
To make sure that you receive your 2 500 Vitality points, please see that your completed vaccination record is up to date on the Discovery Connected Care platform by following these steps:
- Log in using your Discovery website username and password.
- In the top navigation menu, select "Medical Aid".
- Access the Connected Care platform.
- Click the "Vaccination Navigator".
- Check to see if you are 'fully vaccinated'. If you are, your points will be automatically allocated.
If your completed vaccination record does not display, you can enter the information while logged in.
Remember to check your Vitality Points Tracker by end of October to make sure the points allocation has been successful. If you get vaccinated after this date, your points will reflect within two to three working days of your status reflected as 'fully vaccinated'. Only Vitality members 18 years and older who are confirmed to be 'fully vaccinated' in 2021 will be awarded 2 500 Vitality points.
