How do I get my upfront discount?

Step 1: Activate Vitality Active Rewards in the Discovery app to get 10% off.
Step 2: The main member and spouse (if applicable) must:
- Complete the Vitality Age assessment online to increase the discount to 15%>
- Then complete a Vitality Health Check assessment to increase the discount from 15% to 25%.

Step 3: Earn 5% for every five Vitality Active Rewards Exercise goals you achieve, up to a maximum of 25 goals for a 25% additional upfront discount. We look back over a rolling 52 week period to see how many Exercise goals you achieved. You don't need to achieve these goals consecutively. This is only available for the qualifying fitness device and Nike performance footwear and apparel rewards.

Note: On a family policy, the main member and spouse (if applicable) must complete both their assessments to qualify for the 25% upfront discount. Each member must achieve their weekly Vitality Active Rewards Exercise goals to qualify for an upfront discount of up to 50% for the qualifying fitness device and Nike performance footwear and apparel rewards.
