The Vitality programme incentivises members to know their health, with the Vitality Age assessment and Vitality Health Check forming the foundation of the programme. This online health assessment and preventive screening provide you with a better understanding of your health, identifying possible health concerns, early including your risk for lifestyle-related chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
Plus, finding out your Vitality Age and completing your Vitality Health Check unlocks valuable rewards to make healthy living easier and more affordable. Completing these assessments helps maximise your Vitality Health rewards across HealthyFood, HealthyCare, Vitality Active Gear, Vitality Travel and more.
Regular screening is essential, as those that do not screen regularly are 25% more likely to have at least one health risk metric out of range.
What you need to know
Given the importance of these two assessments, starting in 2025, if you haven't completed a Vitality Health Check and determined your Vitality Age in the past three years, you will no longer receive HealthyFood, HealthyCare, and HealthyBaby rewards until they are completed again. This will take effect early this year, starting with the HealthyFood benefit.
Prioritise these two assessments as soon as you can to avoid missing out on any rewards.

You can complete your Vitality Health Check at any Discovery Store or accredited Vitality Wellness Centre, Vitality Wellness Network pharmacy or Discovery Wellness Days.
Until you complete both assessments, please be aware that you will not be able to rely on the reward percentage value reflected on the website or in your app.
